A	Andrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McPhail's Cycle & Sports is a great store which offers bicycles, cycling equipment, and service repairs. Most of their product merchandise that I have encountered is sold at a fair price - often cheaper than nearby competitor stores - while their labour cost can be a little bit pricey. The cost, however, is justified by the quality and expertise you are paying for, and they provide additional diagnostics which truly demonstrates their commitment to getting their customer the best service. The few times that I have been at this store, I have had great experience and I will certainly be continuing to shop here regularly. There are a multitude of benefits to various cycle shops, and McPhail's certainly distinguishes itself through its high quality of retail goods, service repairs, and above all, their great customer service.

They gave me an in-depth explanation of every bike they had in stock, answered every question, and didn't make me feel pressured the slightest little bit. They encouraged a test ride of the model that was calling to my soul, one of the most, if not the most, expensive model there. They won, no earned, my purchase and my gratitude. 100/100

Mentioned that I was going to purchase a new bike and was going to sell it within a month, so just needed it serviceable otherwise I'd be happy to sell it as it is. Was informed that if it was over $80 I would receive a phone call and the person who dealt with me made a note of it on the bike. Next day recieved a phone call and everything was ready, quick! The price came up to $96 which at that price point would have made me consider selling the bike as is as it as opposed to repairing it as most likely won't fetch a large sum of money. In addition to that one of the rechargble lights I attached to the bike is broken and now I'm unable to turn it on as the on button was removed, possibly due to neglect. Although I am incredibly happy with the service in regards to repair, I'm less than enthusiastic about the state of my light I'll need to replace and the lack of transparency regarding price even though I believe I should have been contacted. Regardless, I would consider coming back here again but would remove attachments that could be damaged before taking it into McPhail's.

We were able to outfit the kids with used skates(next to new condition), helmets and skate guards. The store had an awesome vibe and staff super friendly. Highly recommended

An hour later, (prompt in my opinion) inspection/quote was communicated to me. I approved a major overhaul of worn components and their service team had these completed for me same day. What!? I’m sincerely thrilled with their work and installation of quality parts. My bike is as tight as it was when purchased new in 2018. Thank you
