Freshii

We pre-ordered food today and they forgot the chia pudding and we also ordered the Pangoa Bowl, which is AMAZING at the 167th location (now closed) and the rice wasn’t cooked and there was way too much sauce and the tomatoes are really goopy and tasted old. I ended up throwing the whole thing out. Does not taste fresh at all, even though we pre-ordered. My husband ordered the Cobb salad and he said it was all watered down and was not the best. Definitely not coming to this location! Haha, I was craving it, but not the same here. I spoke to a friend who used to get Freshii all the time with me and she said she is not impressed with the quality of this location food either. Recommend you all pick another choice of food.

Terrible service and they don't fill the bowl like most freshii restaurants I asked for yogurt and she didn't ask if I wanted small or large. Normally, they ask what two toppings to add and I was only offered one. The smokehouse bowl I ordered was less than half full. When I pointed this out she said "we can add more rice or veggies, which would you like?" I said " rice " and she replied,"I 'll get you veggies. " Never going to this location again.

i hate writing reviews but i've given this freshii location 3 chances and they always mess up my order. their portion sizes are so much smaller compared to the other locations, and it honestly looks like the bowls are half eaten because of how little they put in it. i wanted extra chicken and i was given four pieces, and i honestly wish i took a picture of the bowl because it looked ridiculous. I love freshii but I'm so disappointed in this location.

Went to the store on the Monday (holiday) the sign wasn't on so I wasn't sure they were open. When I walked in, I had ordered 4 meals for work for the week. Asked for suggestions on sauces for a couple meals because I didn't like the one the meals came with, girl wasn't very helpful. Got home tried a meal yesterday, it had hair in it. Let is slide. Today, went for my second meal and even bigger piece of hair. I called today to let them know, didn't expect anything in return just wanted to let know what's going on. Girl on phone said she would check cameras and was hard to understand so I just let it be to avoid confrontation. Probably won't go back to this location now.

The person working was polite. But was un willing to help me with a smoothie that tasted like pure peanut. Asked if I could have fruit added or if I could have a refund. Was told no and Didn't offer to make a new one. Feeling disappointed and have a $8 smoothie I can barely stomach

Decided to try a new location today , ordered the Tex Mex , she puts it in a wrap which I did not order I wanted it in a bowl , doesn't include the avocado..... i got a responce but can't respond unless doing this . Your a lier about the Avocado , and I don't care what that Chick says , I did not ask for a burrito , terrible location , I'll never spend another dollar in this shop.thres a reason your rating is 3.8 because your location sucks I'll stick to northgate

Buyer beware. This isn’t my usual Freshii location but I was in the area and popped in to grab my usual Pagnoa bowl. What I received was a very artfully crafted bowl of rice. This usually comes with a rice base and big scoops of fresh veg and toppings. Unfortunately, as I got it to go, when I got home I realized it was actually just 90% rice with some very masterfully laid out (thin) areas of the usual toppings. As the employee had already started shutting down the store before closing, the front kitchen area was closed, so she crated it in the backroom, thus meaning I couldn’t see how little was going into my bowl. This feels a little too convenient now. Do not recommend coming back here sadly. They are very clearly doing everything they can to lower costs and pass off the buck to the customer.

Wish I read the reviews before we came here and the owners response to my review below my long paragraph is more of a reason why customers should beware!! (Message to owner) Read all your reviews and improve your services if it troubles you to read honest opinions because clearly there is a problem and it has nothing to do with the “type” of customer that I am as mentioned in your response. Sounds like your referring to our race which sadly has nothing to do with our issue on how poorly our food was prepared. Yes I have written a bad review on another location that is truthful as well so I’m not sure why your even brought that up, I’m confused! You should be more concerned about improving your services Ma’am! I was hesitant to try another location after two bad experiences including yours however,I’m glad I did because I finally found one with not only decent reviews but our food was up to standard as it should be at every location. Why pay for food you can’t eat?! Now I know we’re not the only ones who dissatisfied with the food at this location. We both ordered the Buddha bowl which is our favourite however the rice noodles weren’t cooked properly and we were instantly turned off by the taste after one bite. The chicken in our bowl looked as if was chewed and spit out.It looked blended for some strange reason and the presentation was clearly not the same from what we’re used to. We were disappointed that we had to wait several minutes for the cashier to confirm with management if we could receive our refund for a meal we barely touched because we were dissatisfied. luckily we were granted our money back and we decided to try another location that same day and our meals were amazing to say the least! That alone confirms that we weren’t crazy and won’t be coming back
