β β β β β I stood in a lineup 5 different occasions for over and an hr as my sons were freaking out to return something and the sales associate said that I must stay in the line up now I finally got through to be told I can't return it as i purchased it may 30.... I will never ever shop at any of your companies and will go out of my way to ensure others hear my story this is beyond upsetting as I have two kids under 2. This was at addition Elle skyview

β β β β β Have a lot of new spring/summer stuff! Found a lot of super awesome pieces and staff were great about checking with me getting my items to the change room switching up sizes! Even ordered a shirt they didn't have my size in store and boom free shipping right to me door! A good shopping day for sure :)

β β β β β Got my covid shot today. I don't like needles so I asked for the thigh shot. The entire time I'm like I don't like needles while whispering profanity under my breath. the guy chuckled and said it's ok. The it was over and I'm like really?! He's like yep and I laughed so hard I looked insane 10/10

β β β β β Not great customer service, no assistance offered and when I went to pay for items I was buying and asked about different colors etc. that I was looking for it was shrugged off and no help offered even at that point. Only went there because my local store is closed on Sundays but will wait for them to be open next time instead.
