★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I was in the North end of Edmonton, in New Castle and stopped into the new Freshii outlet. It was clean, bright and cheerful. The staff were really nice and I loved the food. I had a smokehouse burrito with a delicious cilantro lime vinaigrette. It was healthy, fast, tasty and filling. I will definitely go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food that is healthy and delicious. I would give it a 5 star rating, however, the staff there are often rude and inconsiderate of customers. I have witnessed this on several occasions, eventually just stopped going there after figuring out you can make half the menu at home for fraction of the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience. Food did not taste good at all, the vegetables tasted like they were two days old and the chicken was cold. Management was a waste of time, and did not help at all. Wish I could get a refund, too little, too late. Lost my appetite after that, couldn't get anything down the whole day. Don't think I'll be coming back to this location. No wonder why the rating on here and Skip the dishes is low. Disappointing to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a freshii green and watched one staff member train a new staff member while they made it. Except when I got my freshii green smoothie, it looked like a runny green pop. I’ve had the same smoothie at other freshii locations but nothing like this.
Maybe train the staff you have hired correctly before you have one untrained person training another one.
Will not be returning to this location.
