I paid for a $12,000.00 bike but the service I received was frustratingly awful ... they said they are not allowed to ship the bike so I asked them to box it up and my family would pick it up and they said it would cost $75 ( I just spent full retail for a $ 12 grand bike ..what the! )and they needed a day to do it, So I e-mailed them all the info, contact phone numbers and addresses to go on the box etc. Two days later I phoned to make sure it was ready for pickup as my daughter had left to get it and was told it was shipped to a different store and it was not ready (nobody informed us of this) and they would try and have it ready by lunch time ...they had to be asked 3 times to write the address on the box ..It would have so easy for the salesman to make sure all was going as promised and to keep us informed of the change in location in total probably over a couple of days less that 10mins out his day to text me but it turned into a frustratting experience of my having to do his job making a number of calls over the days and so I cannot recomend the store ...I had way better service from Cyclepath buying a bike at quarter of the value ...a bike store survives by the quality of the service and sales pesonnel the product is available anywhere and its ONLY the service that sperates one store from another

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First class crew at Fresh Air Concepts. My 600km KVR trip didn't start well when I broke my frame 10km into the ride with 7 friends out on the trail. Went back to my car and made some calls - now, in the time of Covid, not a bike can be had and I thought my trip was done. A fortuitous call to Fresh Air Concepts and immensely helpful Dalton, got me hooked up with Jason Tomm (Former Employee, Demo guy and Coach). Dalton, who saw they had no stock in my size Trek 1120 remembered that Jason had just taken delivery of his very own Trek 1120 (my size ta boot), so Dalton called Jason and asked him if he would be willing to surrender his brand new whip to a stranded Bikepacker from Victoria - without hesitation Jason turned over his bike. In fact, he invited me over to his place to do the swap over of all the parts as he had all the tools. In under and hour and a cool pint later we were done. From the time I broke the frame near Brookmere to the time I was reunited with my crew in Princeton that evening, only 7 hours had passed. Thank you to Dalton and Jason for going well above and beyond and for saving my KVR adventure over the next 5 days. Kudos to you !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal experience. Front counter staff was great but I couldn’t get a service guy to come out of the back for 5 min so we could order the part I needed. Wanted me to book an assessment and then order the part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pretentious environment. They’re much more willing to help with a repair if you have a $7k bike . Otherwise head to somewhere else like cycle path or lyons . Have never had a good experience here and always felt rushed , and degraded .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for making our trip to Kelowna awesome! We rode our bikes down to the store. I have been looking for a basket for my Electra cruiser bicycle for years. They had a few options of baskets. And when I found the right one, Martin so graciously installed it for me on the spot. Service was fast and friendly. Would recommend!!
