They charge me 5 hour
Malfunctions that have nothing to do with the malfunction that I told them about, and the malfunctions are still in my truck, and on the other hand they are arrogant employees, in other words tow face
It is true that I lost a thousand dollars with them, but I learned a harsh lesson that I should not return to them again

They tried to up sell me saying a had a coolant leak, I had no coolant leak prior to sending it in, Went to pick up my truck and massive coolant leak, They created another problem just for an extra sale I do not recommend going to this shop for anyone. RED FLAGS everywhere....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with service manager. Yell at me on the phone for a misunderstanding. Can't even take 2 minutes to listen. English is not my first language. He decided to park my truck and trailer out of the gate. I paid 500$ extra to get parts in faster and nobody know where they are. I was ready to change my old 2013 for newer truck but you'll never see me with a Freightliner anymore can't have good service from my local dealership. Other people are great to work witth, only the service manager who need more professionalism.
