★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolutely terrible place to go. I bought an S10+ from this store, which turned out to be defective within 3 days. When I tried to return it, the salesman decided that his commission was more important than good customer service. He stated that "because I had opened the seal on the headphones, the phone could not be resold, therefor I could not return the phone" IT WAS A DEFECTIVE PHONE!!! You cant resell it anyway! Giving this place 1 star is being far too kind, its 2 stars too high at this point. When I told him the issue with the phone, he acted like I was lying, and refused to give any proper assistance, what an awful awful experience and terrible place. Not to mention, the coverage from this provider is garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give my appreciation to KULDEEPAK, sales staff from this Willow road branch despite how busy the store was on the last day of their Boxing Day promo, he was very courteous and helpful and took his time to dug out on my plan and compare several PHONE options and how much my payments would be if i do my "ZERO Payment" Upgrade on my two phones. Without me knowing it, He found out that i have a $10 monthly discount for 10 months which he applied when i did my upgrade on my two phones, WOW that's $200 dollars more savings which i was not expecting. Overall i had a good experience with this store and would gladly give them 5 BIG Stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch bad service and there is no COVID-19 or what I don’t know while we were 3 customers there was 2 customers sales and the one was assisting us with out mask the other one was eating food, I think it’s inappropriate to eat during giving service to customers. Please try your best to give good service and wear mask for your safety and saftey of others…….
