Store manager went out of his way to find a package that will suit my wife and I perfectly. They were willing to answer 1000 questions at work with us as we changed our minds multiple times on plans phones and accessorie. Was a great experienc. Made it a lot easier to jump from a smaller local company to Bell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had received a bell promotion if I switched back to bell, called main office they were having issues and told me to go to the bell store that was supposed to be open at 9am. I go there at 940am to find them closes. Went back at 1130 and had set up a new account, I asked when it would be transferred etc. They told me if it not done in 24hrs to come back the following day. Well since service wasn't transferred I went back the next day. They were supposed to be open but I get there and they were closed again, even though they told me they were open and the website said they were open. Absolutely ridiculous at how they run their business, I regret signing up with bell already and I haven't even got service. Which seems to be the issue with bell is bad service. I should have stayed away from bell after reading all the horrible reviews on the the many websites that host reviews.
