Nothing I wanted was in stock when I went there. Staff where not very helpful at all, they could not give me a time line on when the stuff I wanted would be in stock again. The prices are also outrageous. Honestly check your local safety supply store for any sort of work wear. Their Dakota branded stuff is total garbage.

Staffs are extremely friendly. They helped me find the uniform that I want for my work. Small store but got everything.

I went in looking for a jacket. Two people were working. An older woman and a young man. Neither one of them could be bothered to ask me if I needed any help finding anything. No acknowledgement whatsoever. That's okay, lots of other stores around.

While travelling across Canada, I needed to exchange a Farwest jacket that clearly is defective (for the second time), since I only had my original receipt with me at the moment but not the receipt from the previous exchange, the manager wasn't willing to help, look it up or contact the store in Calgary. She put everything on me, asked to contact the store where the exchange was made, ask them to send me the receipt etc... why the hassle and figure out everything myself... I am the affected party due a very well known bad quality product!!!! Very disappointed.

The dryden mark's management was rude, and treated me as if I was trying to steal. There was a pair of boots that I had thought was on sale, and when I questioned it, she got defensive and said that people are always moving her tags, making it sound like I moved her sale tags? (I did not, I'm not even from Dryden.) I feel like the situation could have been handled better, and hope the lady (who I assume was management) working the cash register was just having a bad day and doesn't treat all people this way on a daily basis.

Unfortunately I did not take note of the young associates name who served me this morning. I wish I had! It has been such a long time since I have been offered such a high level of customer service as that I received this morning. The young lady was very welcoming, eager to assist me with my return/exchange. She offered several options to solve my problem. All the while I felt she sincerely was eager to help me. In the end, I chose to.purchase an item costing much more knowing other options were available. Honestly I can't recall leaving any retailer feeling so impressed with the service and quite satisfied with my purchase. I have full intentions of phoning the Store Manager tomorrow to commend her for her pleasant staff member. Wish more retailers would take time to notice associates make a difference in our basket!
