★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for almost hour and a half and still waiting while typing the review. Lol.
It’s very frustrating giving our time for just waiting and sitting . Please incorporate the appointment system if there are lots of patients. The other day for my step 1 TB test I had to wait 30 minutes and I asked the front desk prior and they told me just walk in and it will be quick. And I had to do uber that costs me $50 for single ride on that day because i was late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor on site was great, wait time roughly 30-40 minutes which is one if the better wait times around. The pharmacist was very accommodating, took about 30 minuets to fullfil my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good doctors, very good receptionists and the pharmacists are amazing. It's a very welcoming atmosphere with great customer service and an extremely friendly, staff. This is a highly recommended walk in clinic.

Worst ever Doctor in my life . I had sever pain due to back injury,
i remember going to him randomly asking to order an MRI .
He was stupidly confident that i only have a muscle sprain so i even did not filed for wsib thinking its not that serious .
The last day i went to him, he literally said
" you dont need an MRI, its just a muscle sprain".
Then i asked him " if so why dont i get any better.?".
He replied: "Some questions really dont have any answer...!!! "
Dude, as a doctor this is the worst thing you can ever tell a patient. And you haven't even done any proper diagnosis or investigation.
Same day I went to another doctor, he ordered couple MRIs and results turns out I had 'MULTI LEVEL DISC HERNIATION.
Thankyou for ruining my health, money and time. People like you should not be doing this job...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no negative rating otherwise I would give -5 stars to that walk in clinic. My 25 days old daughter had some congestion on 6th jan at night so we decided to take her to walk in clinic as our family doctor is in Mississauga. We went there on 7th jan around 11 am and receptionist said we don’t see baby in person so doctor will talk with you over the phone which didn’t make freaking any sense. After few questions he said go to guelph general hospital, she might have covid( new strain). I just laughed and left from there directly to my family doctor. So in short they just scanned our health card and got money for 5 min talk on phone. Thank you for your service doctor!!! Way to go. I think i am paying tax for these freaking reasons!!?????
