Although the place wasn’t crowded I haven’t got any assistance from any staff. I searched for the articles and picked them on my own and went directly to the check out. I even complained to the store manager the poor customer service.

Bought some good stuff here today, however, one of the employee has some serious attitude issues. She was good with some people, but when it was us, her way of talking and answering questions completely changed, not just once but multiple times. We have been there couple of times, never happened before, actually never happened in any of the store at Toronto premium outlet. We forgot to ask her name, but she is one of the blonde girl, was wearing light brown long sweater today (nov 20) with high pony tail wearing two hair ties. The other one was still okay. I think she needs to learn more on how to treat your clients and be polite and courteous with them. She gave that rude look couple of times, did feel like having a word with her, but just ignored as didn’t want to make a scene there.

Excellent customer service. Very attentive staff. I was there on Dec 27 and the store was busy but still had three employees ask me if I needed help. Very friendly and eager to help.

Basing this rating on this specific store and not Fossil in general. The good: Im only giving this store 2 stars because of these 2 employees. The young lady that helped us out was helpful. We asked for her help in pairing a woman's and mans watch for a present and she was great. The guy at the cash was also helpful and friendly when we forgpt to ask for a gift receipt and asked if it was still possible to print one. I believe both of these employees were friendly new but we're super helpful and I wish I got their names. The bad: We went there right before Christmas where there was a sale online which was better than the store promotion. There was a customer that had an issue, and I agree that he might have over reacted, but the lady that was either the manager or supervisor that night was super rude to the complaining customer. She then proceeded to speak badly about the customer after he left the store with the other employees infront of all of us other customers. It was a real turn off. I then required her assistance as the sales person who helped me mentioned that they can price match the sale on the website. And I guess she was the only one who can price match, but she gave me such a dirty look and said she will only do it this one time for me but they usually don't price match when the website doesn't have it in stock. And then started to show frustration towards us as she continued. I usually like to shop in stores especially if the prices are the same to A- Be able to see it in person and B - To support the local retail businesses. But not sure if I'd put the extra effort to go to this store versus just ordering online next time.

I never started owning Fossil items until last year. Now I'm starting my own collection of purses, not to mention I have a great Fossil watch. In fact, I just bought another purse today to add to my collection. I will definitely be coming back here soon and well into the new year!! Love this store and the deals are amazing! You can easily buy 5 purses for a great deal and they're so colourful and beautifully crafted!

I bought a watch today and Patricia was helping me. She is great at customer service. I appreciate the way she helped to choose the watch for my dad. She also helped me to get another watch from Vaughn Mills which I will collect after she receives it. She went beyond the expectations.

I had brought my watch to have the battery replaced and one of the individuals helping me dropped the watch in the process resulting in the face cracking. Then my watch was sent for repair but was lost in the process. I came back into the store, understandably upset where I met Nauf. She was EXTREMELY helpful, walked me through my options and helped me pick out a replacement watch. The replacement watch that I selected wasn't available at this particular location so she ensured that the logistics of my watch reaching me were smooth and effortless. Her customer service and amiable demeanor completely turned around an upsetting experience. I can't praise Nauf enough for her customer service!!
