About Forest Lawn Medical Clinic
The Forest Lawn Medical Clinic is a new medical clinic which opened its doors on September 2021. It is named after the Forest Lawn neighborhood in South East Calgary and is located in the Forest Lawn plaza (i.e. by the Tim Hortons and Giant Tiger). We are excited to be serving this diverse community and getting to know the people who live here.
At the Forest Lawn Medical clinic, we are committed to providing the highest level of patient care and will try our best to accommodate your specific needs. If you require something simple and are in a rush, we will do our best to ensure that you are served in a timely fashion. On the other hand, if you want something more complicated and would appreciate extra time, let our staff know. Ultimately, we are flexible and will try our best to assist you.

β β β β β I had recently become a patient of Dr Michelle Nguyen at Rockyview Medical clinic and was astonished when I called to make an appointment with her and was told she has set up her own clinic and moved. She has not contacted me to tell me that my kids and I no longer have a doctor! And, no arrangement was made at the previous clinic for another doctor to take us over. I find this very unprofessional and unacceptable!!

β β β β β My family and I have been looking for a good doctor for a LONG time. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Caulfield. We started seeing him at his previous clinic. His brand new clinic is clean, inviting and modern. Dr. Caulfield is very attentive to our needs and had been helpful in taking care of my parents. It is good to know my parents, my partner and myself is under the best care!!
