They are really fake. Waiting an hour to see the doctor for a short “I don’t know “ answer. For every silly reason they want you to go in person. rude customer service. Physicians are too busy to listen and serve clients properly. And I have doubt on their professional capacity

Says it's open Till 8pm. When I called it said if they didn't answer they were on the other line with another call. So I went and they weren't open and it was only 6pm.

Had a cut from backyard work and walked in for first aid, receptionist is very accommodating to squeeze me in as they were almost closing. Doctor and nurse are very friendly and professional, got stitches and clear care instructions. Good experience for me.

In my many years of being a healthcare professional I have never been so shocked with a medical centre in my life. My mom is on disability and just had surgery and when we brought paperwork for Dr.Algundi to sign, he had a fit as to why he has to fill it out and why surgeons are always pawning off these forms for him. After filling them out, the receptionist proceeded to charge us $100 for this form, when last month he literally filled out the exact form for $30. Funny how they just make up prices as they please. STAY AWAY.

The doctor didn’t even exam the child and gave amoxicillin for Hand Foot Mouth Disease, for the viral cause. I was so surprised how that doctor still survive with such a poor performance and unprofessional behaviour. This noon, I went to the clinic because my kid got fever(36 hours ago) and rash on the roof of his mouth (12hours ago), his daycare is outbreak of hand foot mouth disease now. He didn’t even examine the kid and gave prescriptions. When I ask the staff what medications were given, she answered me that the medicine was given. Such a poor knowledge staff. She couldn’t even know the medication of her clinic. I asked her because I couldn’t catch the poor handwriting of the prescription. When I went to pharmacy, I received the amoxicillin for this prescription. Amoxicillin for Hand foot mouth disease Huh ? How your clinic is still surviving

“Dr” straza won’t spend more than 20 seconds in the room. Doesn’t physically examine anything but rather quickly refers you for testing and some off the shelf prescriptions and runs out the room. Doctors are after seeing as many patients as possible per day for billing purposes, does not care about quality health care and real concerns of human beings.

Dr. Jose R. Perdomo is very unprofessional, careless and rude. We received a call from the clinic, that my dad’s lab result came back and that we should schedule an appointment to review the results with Dr. Algundi. My dad was in the area that day and decided to walk in to see if he can review his results and get a prescription refill. Dr. Algundi was away on vacation and was helped by Dr. Perdomo. My dad speaks very limited English and asked if he can call me to have me translate what he was looking for from the visit, we’ve done this many times in the past with Dr. Algundi with no issues. Dr. Perdomo refused the request and said he doesn’t talk to anyone on the phone and refused to listen to my dad explain. He wrote my dad a prescription and sent him away. The next day I got a call from the Dr. Perdomo, asking to talk to my dad because he wanted to talk to “her” and asked me where “she” is. This was a huge red flag for me if he doesn’t even know who he saw and shows how careless he is. He then goes to explain they might of sent my dad home with the wrong lab requisition forms and want to see if he had it, which was another huge red flag for me. The whole time on the phone he was very rude, when I was trying to understand what happened during the visit and why he may have been sent home with wrong forms. The team at reception was a lot easier to deal with and we got the issue resolved. During Dr. Algundi’s absence we will be seeing another doctor and do not recommend Dr. Jose Perdomo to anyone at all. Update: Went to the pharmacy to get the prescription refill and the pharmacist noted that the prescription provided doesn't match the ones my dad have been given prior and dosage doesn't agree. There was also another prescription that Dr. Perdomo wrote for my dad, that was also wrong and should've only came from the specialist doctor that he's been seeing, not the family doctor. Luckily the pharmacy was able to catch this and obtain the correct information and prescription.
