★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a female doctor who was taking patients and I found the clinic open for that so I booked an appointment with one of the female doctors there , my appointment was on Thursday 2nd September 2021at around 10:30, I went for my appointment on time and after few minutes of sitting and waiting for the doctor to call me in I was told that she’s actually not around, that she’s not at the clinic yet she will be in by 12pm that day, I have 2 kids which one of them is 2 months old, me taking time to come see her and having to return home without even seeing the doctor was such a disappointment and made me angry, why did the clinic give me that appointment time in the first place?? A complete waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i took my kids here the other day to see the doctors and it was such a smooth experience. it was very busy but we hardly had to wait and we were seen by Dr Raghid who is an amazing doctor with tons of experience. And the pharmacists were very helpful too.

Starting from Vicky at the reception to all the doctors at the clinic, they are always attentive to their patients' needs & they give enough time and care at each visit.
Same thing with the pharmacy staff,
Mahmoud & Aman always show amazing customer service to all the patients.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not get appointment online for booster dose. Casually I phoned them , they mentioned that they do it on the basis of walk in. I walked in within minutes got the dose . The owner is very knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions patiently. Also they had availability of rapid test kits while many other pharmacies had shortage.
