While Jamie arrived promptly to measure the space for the estimate & was friendly and informative at the time, I thereafter experienced unacceptable, delayed response times and constant excuses. Ignored texts/calls/e-mails. Don't waste your time like I did giving this company the benefit of the doubt. I did not end up hiring this company as they delayed my project and the poor response times gave me an indication of what the installation experience would be like. Another company was able to provide me with prompt, courteous, informative customer service with clear, professional estimates in hand, materials ordered and job scheduled within two weeks.

My husband and I were looking for laminate for our basement and are quite picky with what we were looking for. Jamie patiently helped us narrow down our options and ended up picking something that was a great match to our engineered hardwood floors on the main and upper floors. He was very easygoing, knowledgeable and honest about the products. We received the floors and they are beautiful! Would definitely recommend.

But in the end my wife and I picked the one we wanted and don’t regret it. Jamie was super easy going and a pleasure to work with. He did our first floor, second floor, and the stairs too. He was always available when I called him and accommodated my ever changing schedule. The install was spot on and on time and the communication was always on going. The floors turned out great (going from a mix of hardwood, carpet, and tiles to 100% engineered hardwood) and the stairs look even better. I always knew I wasn’t going to big box stores to buy and install hardwood and this place really delivered. Highly recommend!

They have a huge selection of hardwood samples and take their time explaining the pros and cons for each brand. Daniel will guide you through the entire process. They are very knowledgeable compared to the other 3 stores I visited. I would highly recommend Floors Direct Toronto.

It took Jamie a month after we first contacted them to give us a quote for stair runner installation and then he never provided a quote or responded to weeks of calling and texts. They had done work for us in the past but for some reason they just completely ignored us.
