★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t get a lubrico warranty through these guys. I got my truck at 197,000km and they put 190,000km so now my 800$ warranty is already invalid. I told the guy to put the correct amount of KM’s and he didn’t listen clearly. Thanks a lot ??

I bought my first car in 1965 and I can honestly say that buying my truck at Prime Auto has been the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. Ryan was great to deal with and I found him to be true to his word. No BS or come on to get you on the lot and then try and sell you something else because "you just missed it". He tells you what he will do and he does it. I love the truck I just bought from Prime Auto and the price was the best that I have seen anywhere. I have looked at a few hundred truck ads in the last two weeks and his price was 10k to 15k below any of the other trucks I found, and this truck is just like brand new (8500 km). If you are looking to buy a vehicle I would really recommend you go to Prime Auto first to see if they have the auto you want to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, do I ever wish I started my quest to buy a new car at Prime Auto. I spent about a month perusing Craigslist and going to various car lots to find myself a new SUV. All the lots were run by nice people, but they were to nice, a fake kind of nice, and pushy to get a deposit from me. I live in Cloverdale, and I was getting tired of driving out to Burnaby/ Vancouver/ North Surrey to go look at cars, I saw that Prime Auto had posted some SUV's for sale and their lot was in Langley, so I went and gave it a go. The building itself is wonderfully set up: ping pong table, kids area, TV, soft couches, coffee counter. I felt like a lot of time and effort went into making customers comfortable while at the lot. As for the people, for the first time in the month of looking for cars I felt like I had encountered real genuine people. Ryan told me from the start that his only concern was that I get a car that I want. They let me test drive the car ALONE, which I had never been able to do before, and they let me take it for a third party inspection (no questions asked). The SUV passed the inspection with flying colours! Ryan and Jim were able to offer me financing at a low rate, and got me into my new SUV that very day :). I was also given a $200 gas card for taking the financing option. It was a great experience. Thank you guys for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with these prime auto was terrible. I was dealt by a person named areeb zaman. I bought a Mercedes cla 250 4 matic. The very first day he promised a monthly payment $368 @ interest rate of 6.24per and released the car assuring us that its finalized. Instead nothing was finalized. Afterwards he got the papers signed without even mentioning that interest rate is 7.7per. We got to know abt it when we were charged for the first payment that was $381. He also promised that the broken center console will be fixed nd wrote it on the paper as a part of the deal. Nothing has been fixed yet. That paper we have with us that says "prime auto will have the center console changed". This will take you the court now. These guys extremely lack professionalism. If u r dealing with areeb u r doomed.
