I called the store, even though the owner was having some trouble understanding what I'm saying because her English wasn't perfect. She was very, very patient and accommodating. I am very happy with the service! Defintely would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with the service here as I have just purchased a few flowers from this shop, and when I arrived at home, one of the items I purchased was missing from the bouquet. I called them and the person who put my order together told me that she put it in the package and that I must have dropped it on my way home. I told her it was wrapped up in paper and plastic and there was no way that it could have fallen out. She told me that she had put an elastic around it and that I could come back and buy another one if I wished. I love their selection here and have always gotten flowers whenever I'm at the market, however after this instance I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not be happier with my bridal bouquet. I asked them to make it for me the day before my wedding and they did so with no problem and at an incredibly reasonable price. The bouquet was stunning and exactly what I wanted. Better yet, it is still beautiful almost a week later. Will definitely be going back.
