However, the service is terrible. The lady was so cold that I was about to leave! I really thought I was bothering by my presence. I asked the guy to do a bouquet for a budget of 45/50$ and he came back with a bouquet 10$ above....Come on it's important to listen to customer and don't feel offended when clients are saying no to more sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store this weekend to buy flowers and plants. Some friends had recommended this place. The store looks great but the female employee was rude and the clients seemed to disturb her. The guy who was working with her was not much better -- not very polite nor welcoming. In the end, they both seemed very unprofessional. What's the point if you work with clients to NOT want to respond kindly to their questions? I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went last saturday to ask information about a personalized bouquet. As soon as mentioned it was for a wedding the girl interrupted me to just say that then I had to contact by email to the person in charge of wedding bouquets. I insisted it wasn't a big thing and I just wanted a simple bouquet but she kept telling me to contact by email. So basically I went for nothing. I was expecting at least some nice customer service, show me some ideas or examples, or ask me what I was looking for. But nothing, the girl seemed such in a rush to skip the conversation (that btw I dont speak french so I asked in english and she kept answering in french and talking to my husband instead of me). I went out of the shop disappointed and feeling like I lost my time going there. Wont come back.
