H	Hawk Yt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gym in town, staff is always friendly and energetic! The gym itself is clean, very large & has all the equipment you could want. I highly recommend signing up here as you wont get a better gym experience in Nanaimo. Take my word for it, or just go on in and see for yourself. The staff will most definitely be excited to see you!

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, staff are always making a point to say hello and good-bye, and it’s super clean! The woman’s only section is a bonus and I hear they are starting childminding soon which is huge for the days the Littles don’t go to preschool. I highly recommend for people of all fitness levels and goals!!!

Emma at the front desk is awesome! She is super kind and very knowledgeable. Make sure to ask her about the group classes and personal training. Don't be afraid to sign up - we all started somewhere and I'd highly recommend this gym.
J	John U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly run gym! I cancelled my membership due to the poor way this gym is run. The majority of staff prefer talking instead of doing their job, overflowing trash containers, wipes are often out and broken equipment takes forever to be repaired. When the manager was asked why this is he stated," the girls job is to flirt, the staff do their job (well Kobe does), and the equipment takes a long time to process. It takes longer when you don't start the process when informed. I was surprised to receive a maintenance fee of $52.49 two weeks after I quit. I asked the manager why this gym needs to hide fees, he stated it is in the contract! Well other/honest local gym options are transparent and upfront about their fees, having nothing to hide. Then I received an email of the contract. Thanks, but again the question is why do you have to use sneak tactics, having the inability to be upfront about your fees. Maybe the answer is in one of the overflowing garbage cans. Perhaps Google customer centric business before the 3rd foreclosure.

Between 4:30-6 pretty much all machines are taken up by people who use them to sit and play on their phone instead of actually working out. Nobody seems to actually do anything during these hours. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Need to bring back paper towel as I actually sweat during my workout unlike most there

They have all the equipment you could think of like a indoor turf and sled, boxing bags and tons of weight machines and cardio machines. Shout out to Maddy Gregory who is a personal trainer there. I highly recommend her as a trainer whether your just starting out or have years of experience.
L	Local Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in town for a few days and did drop ins here. The guy working there was cool. He told me the gym is a couple years old when I asked. It's a pretty solid gym, good layout, came right when they open in the morning. Good machines, people put the weights away unlike some gyms I've been to. If you live in Nanaimo I'd recommend this gym. I'm a golds gym member here in Surrey and if there wasn't a golds I'd sign up at fitness world.
S	Susan Russell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shout out to my personal trainer, Andrea! She’s amazing! I highly recommend her for her patience and guidance and attention to detail. She watches to make sure you’re form is correct and that you’re not going to injure yourself. I’ve really enjoyed going to this gym. There’s a plethora of equipment so rarely do I have to wait. It’s clean and there’s a women’s only section and a great selection of classes.
