★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a place to go. I have joined the gym and it was all good on first glance. I have to change my banking information and I have updated as soon as possible and still they took $25 charge. The manager was not at all good. He took one week to get a reply for me saying it was my mistake. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!
May be people think it's a cheap gym but you can go to Fitness work for $8.99. At least they have trainers if you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great gym for a great price. If you can firmly commit to a few months (or more) the sign up fee is absolutely worth it.
It's a lot of square footage with a large selection of equipment, weights and services. The only thing I've missed is a water bottle filling station but for a $12/mo saving over my previous gym I'm happy to fill them at home .
Currently Google maps says Fit4Less is on the London Drugs / Fairway Market side on Uplands but it's actually on the other side beside Dollarama. (Southside)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is kept clean, staff are helpful and there is enough equipment that you are very rarely waiting. It is a nice, judgement free place to work out and get in shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have trainers and even if you hire one they won't allow it. Never being at a gym before so no idea what to do so a personal trainer hired by me would be safer for myself so I won't get hurt and more motivating. Even if you pay fit4less to let trainer in they will not allow it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like most gyms theyre more than happy to make your cancelation of your membership a huge headache. They insist when canceling they need 30 days notice to continue taking your money even when you wont be into the gym to use it. Not even one final payment, TWO extra payments for nothing even if youve paid for the "free cancelation" membership. Its not so free after all as they will continue to take your money after canceling. Terrible customer service when attempting to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value, personable staff that keeps the gym very clean, lots of good quality equipment (Nautilus, free weights, step machines, etc) spread out through a large very airy space. This gym is the one thing that I missed the most during the shut downs.
