Helped me tremendously! Excellent integral clinic with a lifelab and pharmacy in the building.

So frustrated dealing with them for a week. I get told a different story every time I call. Very disorganized staff.

Great service here except for one receptionist at the main box on the right on entry just rude tone of voice when talking down to you I'm not on my own here two other people have mentioned this as well not nice when you're at the doctor's then this tone of voice changes to friendly voice for her work friends double standards here .solve this by beings nice to all your patients we all have bad days sometimes I know life isn't perfect but try not to pass it on to every body else smile be pleasant and in return that's what will be returned I work in customer services and very rarely complain thank-you brick yard clinic

I was missed twice at this clinic. The second time, they wouldn't even see me because it was too late in the day. And it was a scheduled appointment. I waited nearly 2 hours. Terrible service, will never go back.

I was denied a simple blood test by Dr Wilson, her reasoning was she was not my Dr and no Dr could/would follow up. She further stated I needed to wait til I had a Dr to get any of the test and named a few more for me based on my gender & age! I snickered & she came down on me as being rude. WOW what a lecture including animated arm gestures...... WOW! Really I came in for a blood test not a lecture on how she thinks I should address my health without any knowledge of my health no exam, no blood pressure check not even a question as to my health!! She went on about having a physical which I wanted to schedule but not having a Dr. I have not had a timely exam as I am an immigrant settling & in transition since 2014. She dismissed that stating it has only been 2yrs, actually doc closer to 3! Dr Wilson also shared her personal delma find a Dr, took here over 3months!!! WOW Doc pretty rough 3 months I bet!! I CAN NOT FIND A DR in Nanaimo Dr Wilson so I should forgo any concerns til I do. INSANE It is My blood work and when or if I am lucky enough to get a Dr here on the island I'd have the info for them to review. Blood test can give a person a wealth information to take to a walkin clinic if they feel the need to go. Blood test tell us plenty even if a Dr is not willing or available to review it. I sought this test as no Dr will see me & I have issues that I have followed for years without a personal Dr. ie cholesterol, liver/kidney functions, vitamin levels to name a few. Test help with prevention of spreading infections as well. My Body My Decisions, My Health Care but I do appreciate and seek the professionals help as they have the training & knowledge to help make the correct choice for Me. I went to another clinic I have my tests scheduled for Monday, I also have an ultrasound based on Dr exam!! I was told at this clinic It is an epidemic the lack of Doctors here!!! Thanks for seeing me Medical Arts!! Knowledge is power folks know your health status. Yes I do pay into medical. I'd not even use 1 star but I had to to post!! I agree with post from MichaelH regarding receptionist to the right!! Both were short & unwilling but I did insist on info from second receptionist, she did with a long sigh help me. I wonder how BC medical was billed by her,I sure wasn't an exam!!

I’m not sure if their employer treats them like garbage or something, but I’ve been to the brickyard clinic for the walk in a few times now and every experience is the same. The most disorganized, disrespectful, and rude staff I’ve ever come across. It doesn’t matter what person you walk up to, you’re going to get talked to like you’re an annoyance and an idiot. A woman named Joy (the name could not be more ironic) at the first window when you walk in is so miserable and condisending. She talks to you as if you are stupid and as if your presence is causing her physical pain. I’ve seen multiple complaints about her so I have no idea why she is still employed there. This place is a disaster.

The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond for one and all. The doctors and nurses are consummate professionals and have a great bedside manner. You’d be hard pressed to find a better organization with outstanding medical services.
