She was thorough in her assessment and treatment plan, provided beneficial and effective exercises that helped me build strength and rectify imbalances, and was open and willing to work with and learn from other practitioners for a well-rounded approach. She was also friendly and personable, made me feel comfortable and at ease, and showed me she really cared about getting me healed. I would highly recommend her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is like a 1 stop shop for all your needs! Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture… if you’re in pain the team here will have someone who can help you! I had personally seen a few people now for various services. Joe is an amazing Chiropractor and is extremely thorough and effective. I had my first acupuncture experience here as well and Morgan went above and beyond to ensure that I was well informed and comfortable with the experience/treatment. I was blown away the moment she had asked me if I wanted to try traditional fire cupping. Like it was so relaxing and cool, I had to go again the next week just so I could have that pure, unhindered moment of relaxation again. I haven’t had that much success in tension relief or muscle pain in my life. I highly recommend if anyone is needing to have proper relief that will last. Thank you Advanced H+S for everything you do!

I had been dealing with months of vertigo due to inner ear infection and his expertise and compassion and empathy made all the difference in the world. If you ever need this type of therapy, look nowhere else!

From what I have observed in the clinic, the multi-disciplinary team they have assembled are all knowledgeable, forward thinking, and above all else a great group of caring people who are enjoyable to spend 30-60 minutes with during appointments. I have personally been fortunate to have received treatments from both Jake and Anika for different issues, and both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and possibly most importantly - delivered exceptional results, getting me back to my regular activities sooner than expected. I would not hesitate to contact Advanced if you require treatment and strongly recommend them to my network whenever a need arises.
