I don't particularly enjoy exercising, but when someone as phenomenal as Lesley can guide me, and several others, through an hour long class--not only do I give her kudos for keeping my interest, but I thoroughly enjoy the after effects of the class! Amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classes are amazing. Teachers are friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. They help you out with form and can help with modifications if needed. I’ve only taken classes, but love them and the equipment is great. Would highly recommend trying it out if you are looking for a new gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Performance Center! I was hesitant to try something new but have been beyond happy with the classes that I have tried. The professionalism and knowledge of the instructors is miles above what I have experienced in other fitness centers. They are there to encourage and support as well as ensure your form is correct to prevent injuries and maximize results. Highly recommend!
