No other store I called had a spare nor do these plugs get sold separately accept on Amazon and they were not available much to my disappointment! I called one last store which was this store and although they don't sell them, Lorne found me a spare one and just gave it to me. Well I was so relieved and happy to he able to use my fitball again. I'm thinking I would like a kettle bell or 2 and I will definitely buy from this store. I feel I got excellent customer service and I highly recommend this Fitness Store. A shout out to Lorne for saving the day for me so I could do my fitball workout routine.
H	Honest Physiotherapy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but incredible things to say about these guys, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations for customer service. I decided last minute to surprise an old lifting buddy of mine in Vancouver and fly in from Edmonton for his surprise birthday party without telling anyone. He had been lamenting for a good month or so that he had maxed out his weight stack, so wanted to get him a set of plates for his birthday. Problem is that I flew in on Sunday evening (stores close at 5 PM) and left on the first flight Monday AM (stores open at 10 to 11) so I needed someone to help me process the payment remotely and find a place to pick it up. I called a few places that were less than helpful (looking at you, Fitness Depot), and despite thinking I was a bit crazy for such a random gift, Gerry and Lorne were absolutely astonishing at helping me find plates and organizing a place to pick them up after hours. This allowed me to surprise my friend with the plates after I picked up the rental car late in the day, and make his birthday surprise a success! Absolutely incredible customer service - I can't say enough about these guys and how they went to the absolute limits to help a strange request out. Gerry even followed up with me the next day to check how it all went, which shows how much this place cares for their customers. Thank you SO MUCH for all your help and assistance - you guys are going to do great things with the way you treat your customers, and I am so thankful for that!!

Called and verified stock, drove by to pick up. There were a few technical issues with confirming stock on arrival, and doing up the order. But the staff were pleasant and helpful. And in the end I did get the product. Many thanks!

After being greeted in a reasonable amount of time, I met a sales rep, which was very knowledgeable and professional. I really like the get it done attitude here and couldn't be happier with my purchase. When I returned the next day with my truck, they helped me load the equipment, too. I highly recommend this location for any exercise equipment or related advice.
