★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Staff is very friendly. I looked at reviews before coming in. Not sure why there were negative reviews. No idea what some shoppers are expecting in a pandemic when stock and supply is so hard to come by. Of course no returns on equipment that people sit on and sweat on... These guys have the stock so go to Fitness Depot and buy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do have a huge selection and their staff are friendly and helpful; however, if there is a very particular item listed on their website that you want, I would recommend calling ahead as the inventory on their website does not update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY POOR customer service here, the staff that I encountered were hostile towards me and made me feel unwelcomed. They also kept following me around (without offering assistance) as if wary that I could be trusted, they then told me my time is almost up and I should leave soon. I have never encountered a shopping experience like this before. Definitely never coming back and I advise you spend your money elsewhere.
Also many of their products like their barbell collars are cheaply made with horrible product quality. This proves their point because when I bought them there was a no return available on it. The plastic lockjaw style collars I got barely held the weight on and the only instance it dropped from my hands to the floor it broke and the cheap plastic flew right off making it UNUSABLE. Waste of money and time

He assisted with recommendations and helping me figure out all the things I needed. Super pleasant experience and will definitely return for any fitness needs/upgrades.

Decided to price out and build a home gym for my garage and was steered in the right direction every step of the way by the manager of commercial and retail sales, Rob. He had great insight on what was worth purchasing, ideal equipment combos and even helped load dumbells into my vehicle! Will definitely be using these guys again for any other gym related purchases in the future!
