I had the most wonderful customer service and the staff surprised me with balloons as I had just completed my century ride the day before. I was blown away! I appreciated their health and safety measures during my appointment too. I'll definitely be back

Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! Made me even more sure I made the right choice going with Peloton!! :-)

We love being part of the Peloton family and Claire still takes care of us after the sale with advice, class selection, and warranty questions. I had such a great experience at this store that I will definitely recommend this location and Claire to friends. Amazing purchase, absolutely no regrets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing service by Stephanie & Claire ??. I first arrived at this store a while back to check out the Bike/Bike+ and see if it was a fit for me. Stephanie had me trial-ride the Bike+ and I loved it instantly. She walked me through the features and the know-how’s of getting on and off the bike, which could be really confusing to wrap your head around if it’s your first time on a spin bike.
I then scheduled a second appointment once I got my cleats arrived, so I can don’t mess up mounting them in and know how to use them properly. Claire guided me to mount them on and Stephanie helped me get another feel for the bike+ with a ride height that looked good and ergonomic.
I was told I’m going to have to go make my own adjustments with the cleats and the bike as I progress into the world of Peloton. It was nice to be able to have the help and guidance as they’re experienced riders themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at the Peloton store on 4th Avenue. Upon walking in, Claire greeted my friend and I in a friendly, welcoming manner. We felt at home right away. She answered all our questions regarding the bike, the Peloton app, financing, and other random questions.
Claire was not pushy at all. My friend and I left the store to think about it. We returned a few days later and again Claire was super welcoming. We both bought bikes that day! It was a few days before Thanksgiving. I was purchasing the bike for myself for my birthday and my friend was purchasing for her husband for his birthday. Claire went above and beyond to have our bikes arrive on the day of our actual birthdays. That is amazing customer service!!!!!! It made me feel so special. Because Claire going above and beyond, my first ride was on my birthday!
Claire’s amazing customer service didn’t stop there. When I needed help with adjustments she was more then helpful. When my son wanted cleats, she helped size him.
Peloton is lucky to have Claire as an employee! The level of customer service Claire delivers is amazing and not easy to find. She is a keeper!
Thanks Claire!!!! You are the best!
