★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a simple, small drywall cutting tool that broke within two days of using, when I went into the store to buy more product and ask if they could exchange the broken tool. The manager told me they no longer sold it. He lied straight to my face, it took me one glance at the tool section to see they still sell it. When I called him on it, he said he didn't know they still had them. I wouldn't be upset enough to write a bad review if you guys had said you can't exchange a product, but you lied to me simply because you didn't want to employ any customer service. See you never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to have good warehouse service but not anymore. The young guy who looks like warehouse new supervisor did pretty bad job on his work. He never help u when you need upload materials on the car. He even just sit on the forklift watching you uploading. Terrible warehouse service.
