★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor to no customer service. Continue to dodge my calls or requests to cancel my membership. I requested a membership freeze twice and they proceeded to charge me throughout the "frozen" period anyway. Then they proceed to charge me $25 for non-payment when I stopped my auto payments that they continue to try to charge me for after I gave notice for termination. You already charged me for the membership I didn't use when I got the email to confirm that it'll be FROZEN.
Will not be using in the future.
Also they never had paper towels refilled ever, they used the same unsanitary cloth for communal use ? during a pandemic. And they did not care about the members who wore no mask, didn't social distance or wore the mask improperly (this was before the vaccine exemption program).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget gym, people will be trying to literally trying to use 5 different pieces of equip at one time during peek hours. Staff aren't there to regulate any etiquette. Crazy that there is NO water fountain here and the tap water is disgusting. Its 24 hours so it's good for holidays where others are closed. Staff not helpful at all.

They will charger a full month upon to cancel your membership.
I would recommend paying more and going to another gym instead.

Never Signup With Fit4Less, Honestly the membership is impossible to cancel.
Poor Customer service. I was trying to contact the customer service multiple times and It is a hassle to get in touch with them. Now my membership has been active for 1+ years and without even visiting the gym, since I couldn't cancel it.
Contacted the customer care and the Hung up on me and called her back When asked for her name she refused to tell that.
Also fair warning it is 30 days in addition to cancel the membership, If you request today.
Review before: #4Stars
The name defines it's cause. Fit for less!! Worth for the money. But one year contract is a bit long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very busy but there is a lot of equipment to use. The stair master is awesome. A few power racks, 4 bench press benches, lots of dumbells, treadmills, and bikes. Lots of benches. They have all variety of machines for isolations. The membership is very cheap also.

Staff are awesome, I accidentally locked myself out of my car today and one girl went out of her way and helped me find something to fish down through a crack in my window to unlock it and get my keys! :) I have started working out a lot more frequently since joining, will keep coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and tidy gym. Dumbbells go to 75lbs and there's enough weight for any beginner or intermediate lifter to get a good workout in. Not the best cardio equipment that seems to be mostly broken down any given day. 24 hour operation so staff is only on site for determined hours. Definitely not top of the line equipment, but affordability offsets this downside.
