★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the guys at the desk friendly and professional. Communication no problem- the complaints about language are unfounded. it is not the cheapest place but the quality is good, and I'm sure a botched job would be re-run if the customer is not completely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only are the workers English bad, I feel like they are mentally handicapped too. Who will have their hole punch on the right side of the pages when the paper is printed double sided on the short end. This is ridiculous, spent seven dollars and it all goes to trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and style of printers are kind and professional. They speak English perfectly fine, and able to speak 5 other languages. They will do everything possible to accommodate you but I have witnessed many customers being and demanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, cheap and efficient. We got our wedding invites (created ourselves) printed here and they turned out really nicely, just as we wanted them to look. Got done in a few hours.
In comparison The Printing House charged me $20 for a prototype and required crop lines and bleed in the file, which they don’t do for you and wouldn’t print without.
First Copy didn’t need any of that, just the proper print dimensions and resolution, and their cutting and print quality turned out better than TPH’s.
Kind of shocked at the negative reviews here, as we had a good experience. Give First Copy a shot, they’ll surprise you.
