★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from being super professional and polite. This experience was one where I met someone kind.
Today was one of those wet and cold days where you find yourself drenched without an umbrella and pushing a stroller and child just because you desperately need printouts.
In addition to what you needed you find the printers being actual kind, friendly and thoughtful human beings who get you what you need no matter how disorganised you are and stay helpful regardless.
An amazing experience. Which is a lot for just having gone out for getting printouts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! They put customers' needs as a priority. I went to their place today to print my resume for an interview later. I was in a hurry and forgot to ask what is the price to print this regular double-sided one-page document. They came back with a paper folder on the outside and a premium quality paper with my resume printed on it inside. AND they say they will not charge me money even after I insisted. It is a very nice gesture of them. I suppose they usually do large volume printing, guessing from the size of their workspace. They are located on the 12th floor of the building, and you cannot see them from the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely overpriced and not worth it. Please check FabulousPrinting or TPH on King Street. You can get cheaper or the right price at multiple other stores in the city. I was pretty new to the area and decided to go here for a huge printout order. I was mainly looking to get my documents scanned and printed out. So they charged me a 100$ for approx. 60 pages and mind me a new printer cost you ~100 CAD so this is little mind-boggling. However once the price was quoted i wanted to just stick to the scanned documents and try to get the print elsewhere but they said they already printed it out; which is extremely unlikely as I had just sent them the documents. So all-in-all I felt cheated and would never go here again and not recommend anyone else as well!!!!! P.S I did have to get my docs printed here as i didn't have an option!!!! I still had a bunch of documents to be printed and decided to go to Fabulous printing instead where they gave me a reasonable price for the job unlike this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used LP&C to scan my legal file and they did a good job on the scanning. However, they overcharged me by at least $500. I asked them to please refund me $250, just to make things a little fairer, but they refused. The scanning job was easy because I had done all the sorting and organizing myself, and I had prepared both an index and sub-indexes. So all they had to do was scan the documents themselves, which was easy. They charged me over $2,700 to do so, which was way too much. All I can recommend is, if you do decide to use LP&C, you should make sure that everything is in writing beforehand. Please DO NOT negotiate with Moses over the phone (as I did), because all he's interested in is maximizing profit from each transaction. Eamonn
