Was not greeted and the person was dismissive, condescending and rude. Really unfortunate.

He helped accommodate delivery as well! I will only be printing with Qprint now. We have printed flash cards with him in bulk and even small orders of a few bounded copies of a pdf. Every single time, I have experienced the same excellent level of customer service!
