★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ended up with a pretty big infection under their supervision that resulted in needing to do root canals and extracting teeth. I'm glad that I was not killed, but the competency of their doctors is very questionable for me. Overall it's rather a low grade clinic, I switched to another one and wow I see such a big difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to coming to this dental practice a few years ago, I needed to have an IV to be put to sleep, even for a simple cleaning. Elena, the best hygienist on the planet, now has me so comfortable that I barely flinch -- and even managed a filling for a cavity without being asleep! I only deducted 1 star because the front desk don't know how to spell or double check someone's contact information so I never get a notification of an upcoming appointment -- even when I gave them the right information, they still got it wrong. Take 15 seconds to confirm someone's email and address to avoid losing clients because you don't double check that everything is correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get my wisdom teeth removed and they were able to get me in last min, the very next day. The dentist was nice and got the job done well. I also had filling and clean done here too. They have been accommodating for all my appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got recommended here by my sister not too long ago after I had a bad cavity in my front tooth and almost had a mental breakdown. Suffice to say I booked an appointment for checkup and orientation on how I can get started fixing my horrible teeth I've had since I was a child. We did a cleaning, X-Rays and I got to talk with Dr Mehran. Everything was nice from the time I was greeted at the front to them working on me. I went to leave from my appointment and was told I could book an appointment 30 minutes from them and fix my cavity or two. I came back 30 minutes later, the procedure was super fast and I didn't even feel a thing, no more then a toothpick poking me the tiniest getting the freezing liquid from the needles. I plan on going back and constantly returning until I can finally acquire a confident smile. Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most wonderful dentistry clinic in the city. I have been to many (27 surgeries) and Dr Abbas Fakih is one of the classiest, kind, effective dentist. I have seen some of the other dentists Dr Amy, and she is also an excellent specialist. Thank you all for making my life better and being so humane about everything. Grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely impressed with my experience at Bay College Dental! Everyone working there was so friendly, and were both efficient with time while still not making me feel rushed. I ended up needing an additional procedure that wasn't booked when I made my original appointment, and they completed this extra service without a problem (and no wait). Very satisfied and will definitely be making Bay College Dental my primary dental care clinic! :)
