Attention!!! : My personal reply to their ‘ automatic reply’. 1. I guess they just assume the WALK IN customers are not considered as verified customers and we need to insert our NAMES to verify my identity -(Not a robot). Haha 2. The price policy is Non-sense. I just want to pay a fair price for easy printing. I am not millionaire. 3. When you have complaints, you should fix it instead of contradicting it. 2022.02.16 From a real WALK IN CUSTOMER.

And I had to pay him $5. But this fellow cunningly purposefully printed 2 copies for each page to make it beyond 8 pages. And then charged me extra. Such a cheap person. Not honest.

I didn’t even get to the the point of doing any business because whoever answered the phone was so rude and hung up on me. I got a quote and wanted to ask for a requote after adding some new files. I’d previously sent the files regarding the job and they were still attached to the email so getting a requote should have been easy. No, they asked me to call and then when I tried to explain this they were dismissive, rude and hung up on me before we were finished talking because of another customer. Could they have not asked me to kindly hold on or call back later? I called back because I didn’t even know what their barely English ramblings wanted me to do and they started yelling at me. Lost a customer, I hope they lose all. If this review can convince people to not work with these clowns I would be absolutely delighted. Never wished bankruptcy on a business before now.

I'm a Real Estate Broker and needed to scan a condominium certificate package of about 100 pages for a listing I have coming up. Pricing was fair and quality was excellent. The owner did all of the scanning himself as well to ensure it was done right. I highly recommend Reflex Print for any scanning or photocopy needs, and will be back again. Thanks

Reasonable prices (the $5 minimum charge is stated on the website and at the front door so don't be surprised and do your research). The pick up system is great for minimal contact during COVID and it is much appreciated. The owner is very helpful and very kind. Will be back in the future!
