P	Parnian Pardis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I've received. DO NOT use this printing shop. The e-proof they sent me had an issue where one portion of the background was coloured, even though it should have been white. I called them asking what was going on, and she refused to help me with my problem. She said they would have to investigate, but could not confirm that they would print on the same day even though that's the service I had requested. By the end of the phone call, she pretended not to hear me over the phone so that they could get off the phone call. I've never experienced this kind of poor customer service before. I would save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I went to UT Pharmacy and Print and they were much nicer and efficient there. Got my poster printed within 2 hours and didn't charge extra for doing so.

They all go above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I have been consistently blown away by the quality of their work. I have worked with many printers in Toronto both at design firms and as a freelancer. They are at the top of my list without a doubt!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They have saved me in situations with incredibly tight deadlines. They're perfect for both lab with large jobs and students with smaller runs. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

I sent them my poster the night before, and I needed to make some change to my order, so I called them right way and they responded my call very quickly, and made the change without a doubt. I did a pick up in person, and they were really nice to me. They seemed to be very professional with academic poster and they actually can tell which poster I has better arrangement, better overall looking, who's font size is too big or too small, who's color choice was good, who's picture/ graph was not aligned properly etc. They even gave me a lot of feedback on my own poster and those advices were very useful. Overall, very satisfied with my experience here. Will defiantly come back again.

P	Pink Lemonade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience here. I printed a 3x4' poster using their Same Day Service. It printed within just 3 hours of ordering and the quality was very high. It came with a convenient carry bag. I also think that this place is comparatively pretty cheap. Though I haven't shopped other print services myself, I've heard from other people that a 3x4' poster could run up $70 at other places (mine was $50 here). I can see some of the one-star reviews talk about bad customer service. I'm not super surprised since the website just seems to spend so many words basically telling you you're own your own as far as customer service goes, but I haven't personally had any such issues. None of their instructions are particularly unreasonable either; the strict requirements are probably necessary for providing such fast and efficient service. The place is a bit hard to find: Go into the green building that says 339 Bloor St W. and basically walk through it until you see a door with a tiny "UTPoster" sticker on it.

I came to the shop with a tight deadline and their recombination and help to deliver a first rate experience. Whether your needs are large or small, the staff will ensure they are met on time and within budget. It has been the best valued in town compared to other shops I had used before. Very easy to deal with and to submit the order online as well. I would not hesitate to recommend UTPoster to my friends and colleagues and look forward to working with them again in the coming conference!! Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

My project came out better than I had expected or imagined. They accommodated every change I needed to make and are helpful and super generous with their time. Besides the best prices you can find, the best service and the best quality you can find. THEY HAVE THE BEST QUALITY WORK YOU CAN FIND. Everything came out better then i could have imagined it. Great printing quality and GREAT work! I have been using their service for 5 years. I will definitely be doing all my printing here!
