Last time The employee told us that online bookings are priority to go first before the walk in customers but this time we booked online when I came we were told that the walk in customer goes first. Very disappointing like No standard no rules no respect .. the Manager heard the discussion from the beginning ... No action taken

Received a terrible haircut for a ridiculous price. I specifically asked for what I wanted before the cut. During the cut asked for the barber not to cut the front short only for her to respond "wait till I get to the part" then she went ahead and still cut it short anyways without asking me how I wanted it. Remember, I had already told her twice how I to style the front. You should just go down the street to the next barber shop.

Always worth the wait but there rarely is one. Always very happy with how I look. They are the best value in the business. I'm happy they have reopened. ?

I recently got my hair cut last week and it was completely and utterly butchered. I asked for layers and shoulder length hair. My hair looks like I cut it myself, its insanely uneven.

This day, I went in for a haircut and I asked for the number 7 on the backside and a scissors cut on the front side and asked her to leave my hair a little longer so that a little baldness on the front could be covered. She said OK but after the cut, I was shocked to see my hair as the cut was uneven, didn't cover my forehead (which I requested to do), the side locks were uneven. When I asked her about this, she gave me very lame excuses and meanwhile her colleague jumped in and with a rude voice said, "I heard you saying 7. Be careful the next time when you choose the number" and just went away. 1. First of all, it is not appropriate to jump into a discussion with someone whom she did not give her service 2. In spite of noticing my uneven hair, she wanted to support her colleague and didn't want to correct her mistake 3. These people are so dumb that they don't even know to make the side locks even 4. They charged me 20$ for this nasty haircut and their rude behavior 5. They don't even have patience to do a proper haircut. I am saying this because the lady who gave her service to me was humming while she performed the hair cut. If she would have paid a little more interest and attention, this nasty haircut wouldn't have been the result. Now, I will have to wait for 4 more weeks for my hair to grow and then will have to visit someone who actually is a hairdresser and not like these people who boast themselves as hairdressers but actually are not. This is my first day to work and I am really disappointed with all this. Neither me nor my family is going to visit them again :(

Bad first impressions, walked in and was not greeted all. After getting my son in the chair, stylist seemed to be intent with cutting his hair and seemed to take the time to style and cut. Overall experience was good aside from first impressions. Until...I got home and looked at my son’s hair more in depth and noticed it was completely uneven and it looks horrible. I understand my son is just a toddler, but he sat in that chair for over 10 minutes without fussing or moving around. I could have done a better job with having no hair styling experience. Will not be going back there again.

Always a great haircut. Was shocked though to see the price increase.
