I had a great experience at this store. David was very professional and helpful, he had a lot of patience explaining me the best options for me. I didn't felt that I was rush to make a decision as in other stores where they are more focus to get rid of you as a client instead of making you stay with Fido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service! I ask them to cancel my line and they said they can’t do it in store… I need to call customer service to do that. So what’s their role in store? Everybody can work from home. Then I called customer service couple times and waited over 30 mins. No one responded. Tried live chat and kept saying can’t place me in the queue… Disappointed how they treat customer like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for help with my phone, didn’t offer, didn’t stand up and look at me employee kept typing on they’re computer basically dismissing me to go to another store. If you don’t want to be in customer service don’t be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently in the Fido store on Robson and the staff didn't make me feel like a valued customer at all. He was very rude and I had a few issues involving my phone, he seemed very uninterested except for the issues that he would receive commission off. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been in the market for a phone upgrade for sometime, being a loyal Fido customer of 10 years - this is the best in-store service I’ve ever received. I initially went into the one at Cambie/Broadway and the lower level of Pacific Centre, they were both terrible in terms of service, my experience at each of these stores was actually nothing shy of awkward and cringe not making me feel confident in committing to an upgrade at all... This location here at Robson is well put together, and the lady I dealt with was thorough in detailing everything perfectly on all of my available options right threw to loyalty discounts, very happy with the new phone, service and would definitely return here in the future opposed to the other terrible stores I’ve mentioned here.
