★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers here are zombies. They don’t take your name, don’t tell you when your drink is ready (impossible to tell when they’re making a dozen flavored drinks for one order ahead of yours).
Also, I asked for a breve latte and their method is make the latte then add the cold light cream afterwards. If that’s how you do it, I wouldn’t need to come to a store with a frother, I could accomplish it in my hotel room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were pressured to leave despite my wife being only halfway through her drink. It was odd because we were the most recent people to sit down yet the staffmember asked us specifically and stared at us until we left.
Maybe it's because we were the only people talking?
It seemed a bit rude, which is a shame because the cold brew is fantastic.

Every time I've been it has been clean, fully stocked, great bright space and the staff are super friendly and attentive and it's close to many other things in this part of downtown Vancouver.
Really like this Starbucks! :)
