★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever!! Was sitting and was having ebar stuff along with Starbucks coffee…the guy at ebar came upto me and threw a Nordstrom cup sleeve at my table…so disappointing..if this is a way of promoting ebar at Nordstrom..I will never visit it again….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I apologize in advance for my ‘first world problem’ review but here it goes: I go here just for their turmeric latte (which is fantastic) but 9 times out of 10 they are out of it and I’m consistently disappointed. I literally get anxiety now every time I go to order it :P Its happened about 15 times in 2 months which is a bit ridiculous. If it’s this popular you would think they would get it together and order more turmeric. Common business sense one would think. Sigh. Off to Blenz I go

It’s expensive however so worth it if you want good quality coffee. Also must try their double baked almond croissant probably the best croissant I’ve ever had in my entire life! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold brew coffee is very weak and muddy. Pomegranate iced tea is too much sweet it overcomes the pomegranate. Needs to be way less sweet. Based on visit, do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Feb20 around 4PM, I stopped by on my way out of Nordstrom to try your feature drink— the lavender chai latte. Clumsy me, spills it all over the table. When I went to ask for some wipes, they offered to clean the table themselves. It was very proactive and appreciated. I then went to ask for extra napkins to wipe my phone and without asking or expecting that, another drink was waiting for me at the counter! How lovely. Kudos to your staff working that shift. They went above and beyond! ??
