Wanted to try a new place and stumbled across this little shop. Coffee was good but not the best I’ve ever tasted. Impressed with the latte art though (as a fellow barista). Cafe was extremely small and cute, but because of this they were extremely limited in seating. Was quite packed inside so we were not able to sit down. But otherwise very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly but nothing above and beyond. Bathroom was clean. Cups had a cool design. A good average coffee stop ??

Pretty good coffee. Not very polite service. Oh and if you thought you'd have a coffee and do some work. They do NOT have their own WIFI. Good coffee, but not good enough to make me come back....considering there are hundreds of coffee shops with great service, wifi, and likely around the corner from where you live.

Good coffee, better than Starbucks by leaps and bounds. Excellent ambiance, great music, a street level view of life, comfortable space and nice service. If you want a quick coffee out the door while doing 5 other things, stay with Starbucks. If you wish to sit, relax, and enjoy good coffee at a local café, then go to Buro.

I hate writing bad reviews. It's really a chore. Food was fine. Coffee was ok. Service was miserable. In a town full of coffee shops there are a lot of better alternatives. When I asked the cashier if I could sit in another empty table because the only one available was really close to a group of people and because of Omicron/Covid concerns, she said "No, it's marked with a X"–to what I replied that I totally get it, it's just that the table I wanted to sit down was more distant so it makes more sense, and she raised her tone and talked to me as if I couldn’t hear, saying "NO, YOU SEE! IT'S MARKED WITH AN X YOU CAN'T!" Then she turned to her coworker trying to intimidate me to leave, but I didn't. The next client that came in, a guy, she was extremely nice to him. To the Manager of this place: Please tell your staff that their job is not to pick who they want to be disrespectful to and who they don't. They're not there to put their mental drama on Your CUSTOMERS. Of course, I will never come back.

Great location. across from an asian grocery store that has everything. They don't have many coffee options but the Spanish coffee was the best tasting. It has condensed milk . So yummy. The To-go cups are awesome. They have funky ridges on the cups that I had to just keep touching lol A bit pricey for the options available

Note: the cafe has a policy against eating outside food. This is understandable and standard for cafes around here. I would rather have been told this directly than rhetorically questioned about the presence of my takeout bag and whether I was "planning on saving that for later". Speaking as a former barista myself, please consider being more professional than that. service: 2/5 The baristas could've been more attentive and less interested in sharing photos on their phones. I didn't appreciate how they had at least 2 tables dirty until I requested for a bar towel to wipe the table my partner and I were wanting to use. At least they came out of the bar and wiped it for us. Not friendly or welcoming. drinks: 2.5/5 You could find better drinks around downtown. The milk:espresso ratio in my latte muted any tasting notes that promised to be present. 2 12oz. drinks cost us $14 after taxes. atmosphere: 3/5 Cramped but sleek aesthetic. Perfect placement for people-watching. I love the muted colour scheme and the contrast between the dark walls and the light wooden furniture.

It is a good coffee shop with friendly staff and decent snacks. 2 main issues. First, they store their sandwiches in cardboard boxes which dries out the bread. I would recommend avoiding the sandwiches until they fix this. Second, the staff did not know the correct answer when asked about the difference between a flat white and a latte. Even though both are listed on the menu. They need better training.

The Coffee is obviously different from many and I've fallen in love with its Latte! I suggest everyone try it. You could also try some of its cookies. ?Not good for study as the space is cramped and usually full of people. ☕️ You can buy their coffee beans with two options. Ask for the one that they use regularly to prepare coffee. ?‍♀️ The staff is friendly and nice. ? You can add oat milk to your coffee for an extra charge. My personal opinion is that Buro’s coffee fits better with milk rather than oat milk. Enjoy!?
