★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year Mr Umer Jamal offered Fido connection with Apple XR phone he offered a 150$ refund against each line (I get 2 lines) and also reimbursement of setup charges for both lines. One year gone no refund and reimbursement done. Now he is not answering my calls nor replying back my messages. I feel i am cheated by this person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came from Fido and had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Ali. He is very knowledgeable and so patient, he gave us the best deals! Including deals for our kids! He answered every question, did the calculations infront of us and showed us exactly what we were looking for. I HIGHLY recommend his kiosk and Ali!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Umar the salesperson Who convinced me 5 months ago to upgrade my kid’s phone plans, promised me that the activation fees $110 will get back to me after the second or third bill, which has never happened because he didn’t set a promotional discount in the agreement or in the system , be careful of this guy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently upgraded my phone to S20 which was mailed to me directly by FIDO. I needed help in installing the SIM card & went here yesterday 15 mins before they closed. Both gentleman helped me without rushing. installed & checked the new sim card that was not registering in FIDO system; removed it & installed the old card from my old phone struggling to remove the case but they did it. All this help without any charge. I decided to get a case and to my surprise I was given a 20% discount. WOW! what a service. I got my old phone (Samsung S4) here in 2016, & remembered receiving same great service. I will go back to this kiosk on my next phone upgrade & highly recommend this place. Keep up the great service, guys!
