★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I damaged my brand new Edge 7. Took it in here to get fixed, since I had bought it here. Three weeks passed until they called me, and then that was only to tell me what it would cost to fix, and that I had to come back in and provide payment details. Then I got a call 3 weeks later, telling me the phone was ready. Showed up only to find out that they never actually sent it off for repairs. The staff is terrible, i suggest you find another location if you want actual support and service. Just absolutely the worst Fido store I have ever been to. Fido would be best to find new staff that cares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a Fido customer for more than 7 years. I finally decided to switch to another service provider and I had no more need for my Fido account. I went to this location and asked if they could help me with account cancellation. After getting all the feedback from me and asking me why I have decided to go with another company, their respond was:"You need to call customer service. We are here only to serve new customers or those who are staying with us, not those who are leaving us".
Honestly, if they didn't say anything that would be even nicer than hearing this. So unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer regardless of how long they have been with them!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a Google Pixel 4XL on contract with Fido for 2 years during September 2019. I signed up for a 75$ monthly plan for 8GB data for a year and I was promised by the customer care at Fido that they will they regard the price of 75$ for the second year as well. In order to get that promotion, just give us your account number on a phone call and we can extend the plan for another year as well. Based on what was discussed, I agreed to the contract. Now Fido tells me that there are no promotions because of Covid. Last year I paid 75$ for the same plan and now I am paying 95$ for the same plan. This is ridiculous. The price of the phone has already depreciated for one year and now I am paying more for the same plan. My kind request, please do not do any business with Fido. This is not the customer service one can even expect!

I couldn't get the device repaired because clerk made a mistake in number
FiDO one of the most horrible customer services in Canada,,after 4 years being loyal customer I'll have to leave
And Device protection plan from Brightstar is a pure scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously awful service. Went there to change payment method for my phone. Their door was closed, the guy who opened it didn't let me in, and when I told him what I needed he said it's impossible. I know for sure it is not but he kept saying there's absolutely no way to do that. I went to a different location and they did what I needed in just a couple of minutes. People at this location simply do not want to work. Please please do not go there, go to a Southgate location, they are extremely helpful and understanding.
