The vet was genuinely sad and made sure we could see cleo as she fell asleep. You really get a sense that they care. A week later they sent us a hand written letter with cleos paw print and we thought that was so sweet. This is the best vet weve been to in barrie and I reccomend them everytime. Bring your animal here if you want genuine and actually caring people to handle them!

I had to just recently say goodbye to one of my ferrets named Lewee and she sat in the room while I saw him off to the rainbow bridge even knowing how busy she was. I thank her for that even though I was a wreck it was good of her to do that.it made me feel as though she really cared. I recommend you check them out as they are a wonderful team of people. Also she is very knowledgeable regarding many animals species!

They helped my bunny Bernard Bethnal Bunns Esquire and my kitten clover when they were both feeling bad and gave my old Bunns a new lease on life (he is running around like a baby again) and fixed up my Clovers poor itchy tummy. Your furbabies will be safe in their hands.

Everyone who works here are incredibly kind and helpful with my little buddy. I've also took my cat here for his first visit and Dr. Julie made sure all the proper steps are taken as he was found as a stray. Though I've been unable to stay with my furry friends due to the pandemic, I know I'm passing them into good hands and have the upmost trust

Originally came here when my rabbit was experiencing a bladder infection (unknown to me at the time. I just noticed he seem to be in pain, uncomfortable, and having bladder issues). I had recently moved to Barrie and did not have a vet in the area. Having never really experienced medical issues with my rabbit, I was very panicked and worried about him. I called around and only a few vets in the area handle rabbits, no one would see him. I called Ferris Lane and they squeezed him in for an emergency appointment soon after my call. After the initial appointment was done, they even followed up with me a few days later to see how he was doing, make sure meds were working, if he was improving, etc. I have continued to bring my rabbit here for all routine exams, nails trims, etc. and have had awesome experiences every time. Dr. Julie and the rest of staff are incredible! Super helpful, detailed, answered all questions, very thorough and just overall kind and nice people. They are very accommodating, willing to work with your schedule and you can tell they really care about your pets. My rabbit can be quite timid, but the staff are great with him and it seems like he actually enjoys his time with them! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, I will continue to go here and bring all future pets here!!
