★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place deserves no stars, and I swear they hate dogs. They didn't even friend up with my dog before coming at her with the shots and rectal thermometer. And as she was freaking out the nurse was trying to hold her but sounded like she was scared of her, notthat she has a mean bone in her body. But her tone of voice would be enough to set off any dogs anxiety. Before we even entered the building she was trying to sell us extra shots. And at the end they didn't do any kind of reiteration or exam. They were like a fast food place trying to get us in and out asap. Flat out refused to trim her nails. I won't be taking my girl back here she deserves better. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kaloti and his staff are just excellent. Very caring and genuinely concerned for your pet and goes above and beyond to make your experience and care for your pet a great one! My Coco was spayed and also he fixed her cherry eye… she is a petite Yorkie and his care and excellence goes above and beyond! Thank you! ?

He always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my pets & is patient with me when I don’t always understand. The techs and receptionists are incredibly nice too. I will never take my pets anywhere else!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently took my new 3 month old kitten to Holly Animal Hospital and it was such an amazing experience. The staff were all very friendly right from the beginning and the entire way through. The space was very clean, bright, and inviting. All my questions were answered and I never felt like any question I asked was a bad one. They go above and beyond to tell you what your pet may need -- but the final decision was entirely up to me which I very much appreciated. They were very patient and kind with my kitten who was very shy of the new space and people. All the staff were wonderful to chat with. I will definitely be back, bringing not only my kitten but my older cat as well. Wonderful experience all around and I highly recommend Holly Animal Hospital.

I’ve seen them deal with outrageously rude pet owners with professional and kindness - and it would have been so easy to be rude right back. Fantastic prices, caring and compassionate staff. First time visit and truly I am floored with all facets; pre, post and ongoing care and control of the 'pet file'. I admire good use of automation and the emails are just the right amount and shows good investment in client management. Again, something I admire as a business owner. Great work, you put our minds at ease, our pet in remission and made a Saturday have more to it than fear of a not well family member. I think you may have earned a full time new client!

We recently got some bad news from an x-ray and they handled it professionally and made us feel really good about how to love forward. The staff there truly cares and treats your pets as one of their own. If you're looking for a new vet or want a second opinion take them here, your pet will thank you
