★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the staff very knowledgable and supportive. They go the extra mile and are willing to look deeper into things that are not so obvious. They’re very professional, caring and obviously love the pets they treat. My little guy spent his vet appointment snuggled up in the vets lap. I am disabled and they were more than willing to work with me and do what made it easier for me. I would completely recommend you them to anybody looking for veterinary care

They were able to do an emergency check appointment for my rabbit where as other places didn't even try to accommodate. The staff are very knowledgeable and caring. They treat your pet as there own. Thank you so much for looking after my rabbit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff! Extremely kind and knowledgeable doctors! Everyone I talk to is knowledgeable and compassionate. The actual doctors take their time to explain everything to you and to answer all of your questions and concerns thoroughly. You can tell that they all care deeply about the animals. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my pet rat here yesterday to get euthanized and the staff are always so compassionate, kind, gentle, and they listen to what you have to say. There is not one person that works here that does not have these qualities that I have interacted with. Two months prior I took my other pet rat to get euthanized and they were so helpful and kind about it. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to make the difficult decision to do this. It certainly made it much easier to ease any guilt that I felt about it. Thank you to those staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big Bay Animal Hospital has been absolutely wonderful to work with when having to bring my senior dog Tony Bologna in to the clinic whatever the reason may be. I appreciate your honestly, and believe you to be very reasonable in all aspects. I appreciate your staff, and know Tony is in great hands especially during this pandemic (pet owners cannot enter the clinic). Hands down the best vet care we’ve experienced, hence why we’ve stayed with you for almost a decade. Thank you Big Bay Animal Hospital for all your help throughout the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but nice things to say about Big Bay Animal hospital! I recently adopted a hedgehog and immediately noticed that something was not right with her. I came across big bay on my hunt for a vet that treats exotic animals. Thankfully, the receptionist understood the urgency of my situation and took Luna in the same day and treated her. The staff were so kind to her and treated her so nicely! I really appreciated how the staff took time to call and check up on how she is doing in between appointments and were patient enough to answer all my questions about her situation.
She had two treatments and she is doing so much better! I am so happy that she was able to receive the care she needed.
