They completely lost my very large package, didnt notice they lost it until I called looking for it weeks later. No apology, just an annoyed worker blaming other staff

TLDR: unhelpful and frustrating Tried initially to get info on how much insurance was possible on a shipment, and they gave me a card with the 1-800 number for FedEx on it and told me I'd have to call and ask. I asked how I'd even set up a shipment if they couldn't figure out what insurance was possible and she told me she could just punch the info into her computer and it would tell her. Ok.... Don't know why that wasn't offered in the first place... So I said let's go ahead and told her I'd need my shipment packed up very carefully, to which she replied that they didn't have appropriate packaging, but that I could buy it in the Staples that this shipping center is is in.... A shipping place without packaging... Doesn't seem like great business sense.... The item I'm sending is also not a crazy size or shape. Overall very unhelpful and super frustrating. Just go to UPS instead. I will say that I feel like this is more the fault of the FedEx/ Staples combination than the employee or the Staples. It seems like they just don't take the shipping area seriously.

We live in condo. The truck missed us the first day. The office called and said will try again on the next day. We told them they have to use the phone to reach us because our intercom dont work, Next day, i was up early and looking for the truck to show up. The only thing we got was a message saying the delivery was attemped from the tracking website. Didn't left a sticky note at the door. Didn't even see the truck. Talked to the custumer service and they said ave a policy that the drivers dont always make calls and they are too busy. My suggestion: go to the pick up station as soon as you see the sticker on the door. Forget about the second attempt because the drivers have a very busy schedule to keep up. To be fair, they did appologize.

Tracking never works. Delivery people put packages on display for others to come steal.

Pointless of paying for expedited shipping when the delivery driver just delays the delivery two days in a row, because they’re too lazy/incompetent to walk up to the door and ring the doorbell. I’d like the person responsible for holding my package fired

Parcel arrived in Kamloops from California in 4 days. It then sat in Kamloops for 5 days. Then they sent it to Canada post to deliver.
