A	Accurate Window Cleaning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't leave a card to notify you of a failed delivery. Their hours are 9:00 to 1:00, so I'm not sure how anyone who works a day job is supposed to pick anything up. Only reason I'm giving four stars instead of three is because the lady who works the desk is courteous enough to call me and is pleasant to deal with. Just some feedback, 1:00 to 5:00 hours would provide a much better service to most people

They actually said” we were not going to deliver item as they were too busy.” Totally unprofessional and rude. I paid for delivery not pick up. Purolator is the way to go. So instead of just saying the new number in their 30 second msg in english and french they want us to call another number that costs 5 dollars to get that number. Why would anyone pay 5 dollars just to get the number for some customer support.
Z	Zoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s actually hard to believe this place expects you to be able to pick up packages during their insane opening hours after a single delivery attempt. Delivery services shouldn’t be operating with them. Obviously avoid if you can.
J	Joyce Mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for a delivery from Kelowna to Kamloops that was shipped out last Friday. My parcel arrived in Kamloops on Saturday at the Loomis terminal. On Monday tracking indicated my parcel was out for delivery. It did not show up. On Tuesday tracking indicated my parcel was with the courier and out for delivery. It did not arrive. On Wednesday tracking indicated the same information as Tuesday, it was not updated that day & it did not arrive arrive on Wednesday either. I called Loomis three times Wednesday, with no help from them, they are back east and have no contact with couriers or the terminal here in Kamloops. Today is Thursday, the tracking indicates my parcel is with the courier and out for delivery but it is now 2:12 PM and my parcel is still not here. I have waited at home here for four days now, not wanting to leave the house because an exposed parcel at my doorstep may get stolen, my parcel value is over $600.I am so disappointed that Loomis expects people to set aside all plans for 4 days to be home for their convenience of delivery at their leisure. Why have a tracking schedule if they don’t follow through with it!?!?!??? I have never dealt with Loomis before nor never will I ever recommend Loomis myself. I find that UPS and Purolator are much more reliable and will even give you a two hour window of delivery time, which they follow through with. ???
K	Katrina Ariel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff, however, operating hours are completely unrealistic. What company expects you to be able to pick up packages before 1pm? That said, the staff offered to accommodate me outside of operating hours, which was appreciated.
M	MR NUT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of hard working people at this location. Everytime the doors open, I am greeted with a smile. Yeah sometimes it takes an extra day but other times my parcel arrives early! Would like to hear from all those satisfied customers that don't bother to post a review when their stuff arrives on time as expected. The staff here are good people that try their best to get everything delivered on time. Look at all the airline cancellations and empty store shelves these days. Maybe a bit more patience and a thank you when your shoes arrive on time... or you watch your delivery driver lug 4 tires up your driveway.
