I am not that concerned about what happened initially, because the professionals at the store, realized their mistake, took full responsibility for it, and bent over backwards to make things right. I read lots of reviews that focus on how people mess up. When you come across a company that is willing to own their part of a mistake and go out of their way to make you content with the end result, in my books, they have earned your loyalty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service! Great selection of quality tools. I purchased a router lift; they had the best price around. Received within two days, unfortunately there was a small mistake with the order but I had a replacement the NEXT DAY! I will absolutely be a return customer.

For that I am loyal to this business. You get what to get away from junk tools. Go in and have a walk around. All the high end and mid level brands are in stock and on the shelves.
