★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I have gone there I have been ignored. Whether they are on the phone or standing there picking their nose. A simple “ be right with you sir or one moment please. Acknowledgment of my excistence would be beneficial to returning customers. I would rather pay more at another jobber than ever step foot in Oxford street Napa location London Ont
Don't both telling me to contact store. I did that already Every single time I stepped foot in your establishment i was ignored and spoken to like I was a nuisance. Why would anyone take more time to email you and complain? You already wasted my time. Take a look at all your reviews below. Its ongoing problem with your staff an how they speak to customers. Numerous complaints of how they speak and treat customers is enough to make me never return and share my experience. These clowns behind the counter need to know a 100 people would take their jobs. Yet you keep them behind the counter. Your counter staff are the face of your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of automotive products, parts and tools. The staff are friendly and helpful. I gave four starts which doesn't seam fair but the parking just sucks. That said I'll always come back for auto "stuff"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a confusing experience , phone is answered very quickly & customer service seems very good however upon stepping into the store totally different experience. After being ignored for 10 minutes when there was not even 1 other customer in the store I returned to my car & called them as I had placed an online order. Again phone answerd right away & asked if i was supposed to go in store or if they bring order out considering i'd just been ignored for 10 minutes in store. Told to come in & then ignored for another 5 minutes. Can't see returning here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are quite high compared to competitors; SKF bearing at NAPA was literally twice the price. Never any recognition when you walk in the door, they seem to wait for you to ask to get serviced. I made an online order here and it said ready in less then 48 hours. Got a call from Napa and went it to store to make the pickup. They then said they cant get the part for a week and I would have to pay an additional 30$ in shipping if I wanted it....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a wiper motor there. It cost about $120 more than Partsource but I needed one that day. On the door was a sign saying all customers and staff must be masked. Two staff present did not wear face masks even though the mandate is still in effect. I don't really care but the people that enforce that sort of thing may be more concerned about it. The service was fine.
