โ โ โ โ โ Highly, highly, highly recommend Fawcett Auto Body. From the initial phone call, dropping off my vehicle, daily updates, and picking up my finished vehicle. Customer service was great. The ladies at the storefront was such a pleasure to deal with and daily phone call updates was appreciated. They issued me a brand new 2021 Hyundai Elantra which I absolutely enjoyed driving. They even detailed the interior of my vehicle which I appreciated so very much. My vehicle looked and smelt brand new on the outside and in. I am so glad I found this business on my Google search! In the event I need repairs done, I'll definitely be returning to Fawcett Auto Body.

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing people provide amazing service! I had to replace my windshield and I had SRE insurance from MPI. Rick explained to me everything in few minutes, did a claim with MPI and got the job done two days After! Some places, where I got before I got to Fawcett Auto Body, didn't know how to do it and asked me to do the claim myself . Thank you for your service!!! You are great!

โ โ โ โ โ Fawcett Autobody exceeded my expectations - they went to bat for me with MPI to ensure a new door skin was used instead of trying to repair the door panel. My truck was spotless inside and out when I picked it up - blown away by their great service, and would definitely recommend Fawcett for any body work!

โ โ โ โ โ I took my car to Fawcett to have my fender repaired/replaced. The staff members I spoke with were always friendly and courteous. I was given daily updates with respect to my repairs. When I picked up my car, it was SPOTLESS inside and out. I don't want to get rear ended again, but if I do, I'm going to Fawcett.

โ โ โ โ โ Diane and the receptionist are the sweetest!! They always kept me updated with my repairs and the workmanship is great! Would definitely come back again and refer others to them. Bonus: complimentary rental during repair was so greatly appreciated!

โ โ โ โ โ Some of the best customer service Iโve received. Updates throughout the entire week letting me know when my vehicle would be complete. Also completed very quickly. Borrowed me a nice rental while mine was in the shop. To top it off, they cleaned the entire vehicle inside and out. Would highly recommend!

My car was thoroughly cleaned in and out which was a nice surprise. I would not hesitate to go back and highly recommend them.

The body work on my car was excellent and their customer service was just as superb. They kept me up to date on the whole process and when I picked my car up, it was sparking inside and out! I hope I donโt need an auto body repair done anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I will be visiting! Thank you so much to the Fawcett family and the whole team for treating me like family and getting my car back to itsโ pre-hit/run condition.
