★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was promised that my pcr results would come out within 24 hrs and I expected that would be the case because I had a flight within 48hrs and I knew I had to get it done and I trusted canadian travel clinics because both my parents had gotten their results within 24 hrs about a week before I did mine but apparently there was an issue and I couldn’t get my results so I had to start looking for a place that could get my pcr test done and the results done within 12 hours because I had a flight the next day. I spoke to multiple people and was promised a refund because they failed to hold up their end of the bargain but till this day, no reply and no refund. Please try not to go here because they can be very shady and unreliable and I don’t even know if I will be getting a refund for my troubles anymore. Terrible customer service, didn’t take accountability for making me stress and drive 1hr 30!mins to find another place to take the test. All in all wouldn’t recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After paying $250 and expecting the result to be available next day before 5 pm, that was not met.
I called around noon to confirm that the result would be available before 5 pm and they assured me that it will not be an issue. Around 4:45 pm, someone from the lab called and informed me that the sample collected was not correct due to which they had to run the tests 3 times as the first two were undeceive. They shared that the result around 5:45 that the result was negative. It was the same situation for my wife as we did the test together.
I was suppose to fly the next day and didn't had time to get retest done as it was already 5 pm when the call ended. It was a really nerve wracking situation as we could have missed our flight.
Would not recommend this place as other places available for similar price and get results delivered much faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are highly disappointed about the service. After cancelling the appointment, there is no auto refund system. I had to send an email for a refund. Even after sending an email, there was no refund. So we started following on the phone, but no senior officer/ manager attended our phone. They said they will call back but didn't. And finally it took 10-12 weeks to get our refund back since appointment was canceled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!!! This place has no accountability whatsoever. They gave us the wrong result back that wasn't ours. It stated the wrong date and time, therefore, it was inaccurate. As a result of this, we were denied boarding into Air Canada because the PCR date was issued wrong. I called you guys many times and said the manager will give me a call, yet it has been close to a week no call back. I sent an email and all appropriate documents. No reply. I will have to go file a report with the board as you guys left us no option.

My wife received her results the next day by 1:00 however I didn’t receive mine until 4:00 which is within the time frame but it was worrisome to get it quite a bit later. I also would recommend going later in the day. Our appointment was at 10:00 am and the time is date/time on the results. If you have multiple flights you may not be in the 72 hour period. As a result I would go for same day testing/results
